The Peoples' Friendship University of Russia "RUDN"

The Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, known as RUDN University, is the most multinational Russian university, in which students from 158 countries study. Created in the 50s with the aim of training highly qualified personnel for Africa, Asia and Latin America, RUDN University continues to firmly follow the ideals of intercultural cooperation. The university has a system of contests and scholarships for foreign applicants, world cultures festivals are regularly held, and the Student’s Code of Honor declaring equality and tolerance is also accepted.

The multidisciplinary university has more than 300 training programs in technical, medical, economic, and arts specializations. RUDN University is considered one of the best universities in the world in terms of the quality of teaching Russian as a foreign language. The University is part of the project 5-100 which is aimed at improving the competitiveness of domestic universities in international ratings

RUDN consists of 6 faculties, 10 institutes, 1 academy. Recruitment is carried out under the programs of bachelor’s, specialty, master’s, doctoral and residency programs (medical institute). There are full-time, part-time and correspondence courses. The Sochi branch of RUDN University (the only branch of the university) trains specialists in 11 areas of study.

First Moscow State Medical University of Sechenov

The university was founded in 1758 as medical faculty of Imperial Moscow University as the first medical school in Russia.[6] The institution separated from the Moscow State University and became independent in 1930. The university was renamed after Russian physiologist, Ivan Sechenov, in 1955.

Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) is the oldest classical university in Russia, founded over 260 years ago. A large research and educational center ranks first in the ranking of Russian universities. The main university building on the Sparrow Hills is an iconic landmark of Moscow.

Moscow State University has 40 faculties where bachelor’s, master’s and graduate students are trained in 95 specialties. The university includes 15 research centers, 13 institutes and 6 branches. The Pavlov First Saint Petersburg State Medical University

The Pavlov First Saint Petersburg State Medical University was founded in September 1897 as the Medical Institute for Women. It was the first institution in Russia and Europe that provided women with higher medical education opportunities. In 1936, the First Medical Institute was named the Nobel Prize winner for Academician I. P. Pavlov.

Moscow State Medical and Dental University of Yevdokimov

Moscow State Medical and Dental University named after A.I. Evdokimov (MSMSU) is one of the leading medical universities in Russia, the main one for education specialists in dentistry. The basis of the current institution was the State Institute of Dentistry, opened in 1922. The current name of the university was received in 1999, and the name of the scientist-dentist A.I. Evdokimov was assigned in 2012.

About 9,000 students study at the university in the programs of secondary vocational education, bachelor's, specialist's, residency, postgraduate studies.

Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University 

Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University (formerly known as Russian State Medical University or RSMU) is a medical higher education institution in Moscow, Russia founded in 1906.
The University organizes its academic affairs in 115 academic chairs, which are divided into eight faculties. More than 2000 teachers offer lectures, seminars and practical laboratory classes in the natural, humanitarian and medical sciences in more than 250 courses.

The university was founded in 1804 as Imperial Kazan University, which makes it the second oldest continuously existing tertiary education institution in Russia.
